OK This trick appears to fix the black screen on power on problem that
You occasionaly get when running 10.01 and 105E/y13z14 firmware.

This should only be used if the following sequence works

Thanks to Hirsty for sorting out the pictures and to
Tonibal that discovered the link to the IDE cable in the first place

Ok

First remove the IDE cable

and bend the pin nearest the front and the flash memory towards you

 

 

 

Now put the IDE cable in again it will be a bit of a squeeze
Put your finger under the board when doing this so that
you don't bend the board and put it under too much stress
